Pediatric Physical Therapist $25,000 Bonus

Overview This Pediatric Physical Therapist position is responsible for screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities in children using evidence‑based physical therapy procedures and modalities. The therapist consults, educates, and trains patients and their caregivers within a pediatric population. To assist with your transition into our organization, we offer up to a $25,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time positions. Employment Details Schedule: Full‑time, Part‑time, and PRN hours with flexible shifts. PRN assignments are as needed. Scope of Duties Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition. Develops treatment plans describing strategy, purpose, and anticipated outcomes. Creates exercise regimens for clinic and home to increase flexibility, strength, and endurance. May use various modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling. Provides information on adaptive equipment and support programs. Helps restore physical function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent permanent disability. Determines patient ability to be independent and reintegrate into the workplace or community after injury or illness. Promotes mission, vision, and values of SCL Health and abides by service behavior standards. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. At least one year of related experience (preferably in a clinic setting). Preferred Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Essential Duties and Requirements Regular attendance and ability to perform work on site during scheduled business hours or shifts. Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Highly organized and analytical. Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism. Team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Physical capabilities: carrying, climbing, crawling, hearing/listening, lifting, manual dexterity, pulling/pushing, seeing, speaking, squatting/kneeling, standing, walking. Location Holy Rosary Hospital, Miles City, Montana. Compensation Hourly rate: $42.66 – $65.82, depending on experience.
