Step into a dynamic contract opportunity serving four diverse educational environments from January through April, covering a maternity leave for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role. You'll make a tangible impact working with approximately 50 students across a middle school (grades 6–8), high school (grades 9–12), an alternative school, and a youth residential facility spanning all grade levels. Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Missouri SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfort adapting services across different educational sites and age groups

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide individualized therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress records
• Consult with classroom staff to support carryover of strategies
• Provide direct and indirect services to students at all four school sites, efficiently managing a flexible schedule
