Key Qualifications:

• Active Missouri license in Speech-Language Pathology
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is essential
• Open to pediatric caseloads; experience in schools is highly valued, but new graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Those holding CCC-SLP credentials or seeking CFY supervision, as well as Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA), are welcome
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEPs
• Deliver direct intervention services to students either one-on-one or in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress
• Maintain detailed records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment focused on student growth
