Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming academic years. In this dynamic role, you’ll make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young adults while collaborating with educators and families.

Open positions are available with schedules of 32.5 hours per week, running from August through May 2027. The assignments offer variety and professional growth, serving diverse student groups across several educational settings.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience or strong interest in school-based speech services
• Understanding of student-centered therapy and IEP processes
• Familiarity with conducting evaluation assessments and managing caseload documentation
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Adaptability to serve both group and individual needs across grade levels

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing speech-language treatment sessions to assigned caseloads, including approximately 4,440 treatment minutes per month in one role
• Managing speech-language case files (approximately 10–15 students, depending on assignment)
• Completing comprehensive evaluation assessments and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborating with general and special education teachers, administrators, and family members
• Serving middle/high school, parochial, and private agency students—or supporting early childhood center (ECC) programs, depending on assignment
• Supporting district-wide speech-language needs, particularly in evaluation and assessment
• Maintaining accurate documentation and staying up to date on compliance requirements
