Digital Tools Leader-ITC

Job Description Summary The Digital Tools Leader – International Trade Compliance is responsible for defining and advancing the digital strategy and technology-enabled capabilities that support the company’s ITC program. Reporting to the newly established Senior Director – Programs & Operations Leader, ITC, this role serves as the primary business partner between the ITC and Digital Technology organizations.
Partnering closely with the Digital Technology team, this leader will define the ITC digital roadmap, translate regulatory and operational needs into business requirements, and help ensure technology solutions enable effective execution, risk visibility, process standardization, and user experience across the enterprise.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the ITC digital strategy and roadmap aligned with regulatory requirements, ITC priorities, and business needs.
• Serve as the primary interface between ITC and the Digital Technology organization for systems and tools supporting international trade compliance.
• Establish governance and prioritization mechanisms for ITC technology investments, enhancements, and system changes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardize ITC processes through digital enablement.
• Ensure effective governance of ITC tools and support implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of ITC tools across the enterprise.
• Evaluate current technology gaps and develop recommendations for enhancements or new solutions.
• Partner with ITC leaders and process owners to ensure technology solutions support workflow execution, reporting, controls, and data visibility.
• Partner with the ITC Risk Management Leader to enable risk analytics, monitoring, dashboards, and reporting.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 12 years of professional experience

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in digital product management, business system, compliance operations, or a related discipline.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required

Desired Characteristics:

• Demonstrated experience translating complex business or regulatory requirements into technology-enabled solutions, with the ability to simplify complexity, define clear requirements, and drive practical outcomes.

• Experience partnering with Digital/IT organizations in a large, complex enterprise, building strong relationships, aligning priorities, and driving execution across organizational boundaries.

• Strong digital and enterprise mindset.
• Ability to connect regulatory requirements, business processes, data, and technology, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business and compliance objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Strong prioritization, program management, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Skilled at translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders, creating clarity, building shared understanding, and enabling effective decision-making and adoption.

The base pay range for this position is $155,000 - $206,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on October 25th, 2026.
