Brand & Growth Manager Location: Remote Why This Role Matters We’re looking for a Brand & Growth Manager who knows how to turn big ideas into real-world execution. This role owns the channels that people actually see, attend, and remember—events, sponsorships, media, and partnerships. You’ll be the person who makes sure our brand shows up powerfully, consistently, and with results we can measure. This is not a strategy-only role. It’s for someone who loves runningpoint , coordinating moving parts, and seeing campaigns come to life. What You’ll Own You’ll lead and execute high-visibility initiatives across: Events & Experiences – conferences, hosted events, and live activations Sponsorships & Partnerships – sourcing, negotiating, and executing Out-of-Home Advertising – billboards and physical brand presence Direct Mail – creative, logistics, and performance tracking TV & Radio – planning, coordination, and campaign rollout You’ll manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and partners—ensuring every campaign launches on time, on brand, and on budget. How Success Is Measured Event ROI and post-event performance Campaign reach, engagement, and lead impact Brand consistency and visibility across all channels (Your bonuses are directly tied to these outcomes.)
