Outside Sales Rep - Mfg (Blueprint Reading Req.)

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join their client's dynamic team in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving sales success.

Responsibilities:

  Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  
  



• 
  Travel extensively within the designated territory to meet with clients and provide exceptional service.
  
  



• 
  Present and demonstrate products and services effectively to meet client needs.
  
  



• 
  Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
  
  



• 
  Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  
  



• 
  Provide feedback to management on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
  
  

Requirements:

• 
  Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role.
  
  



• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  



• 
  Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  
  



• 
  Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time.
  
  



• 
  Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  
  



• 
  Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
  
  

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, First Shift
