The Role The Project Executive will lead the strategic execution of mission critical and data center projects exceeding 100 million dollars in scope. This leadership position balances high level business development with the technical oversight of complex, integrated project delivery. Direct the development and performance of multidisciplinary project teams Oversee project financials, risk management, and overall cost control for sophisticated data center facilities Lead business development efforts and maintain high level relationships with owners and subcontractors Establish operational priorities and work methods to ensure safe and expedited project delivery Prepare and manage business unit plans and financial reporting Represent the firm through active involvement in professional organizations and industry boards The Requirements The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a proven track record of winning and delivering massive, technically dense construction projects. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field 15 or more years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on mission critical or data center environments Proven ability to manage multiple teams and large scale integrated projects Deep understanding of pre project planning and its impact on final delivery Proficiency with construction technologies such as Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, or Revit Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead project pursuits and client interviews Compensation and benefits will be discussed with qualified candidates.
