Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) | San Francisco & San Mateo Counties (One Dedicated Territory per Hire) We're hiring two Occupational Therapists, one dedicated to San Francisco and one to San Mateo County (Peninsula) , to join our Bay Area teams. Each OT is assigned a single territory, so you can build real familiarity with your patients and your area instead of being stretched across both. Where great OTs come to do their best work. SF patients are spread across neighborhoods like the Sunset, Richmond, and Mission. San Mateo County patients run from Daly City down through Redwood City. You'll be assigned to one, not both. SF Rideshare Support: For our SF territory, company-provided rideshare credits (Uber/Lyft) help cover travel to and from visits so you can focus on care, not logistics. Vehicle Reimbursement (Peninsula): For the San Mateo County territory, mileage and vehicle reimbursement keep your driving costs covered. AI-Assisted Documentation: We use AI-assisted charting so you spend less time on notes and more time with patients. Clinical Support: You're never alone. Our experienced case managers and clinical team are available in real time to help with complex situations or patient coordination. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $125,000 to $150,000 per year (based on experience) Performance Bonus: Up to 25% of base, tied to quality metrics and clinical outcomes Total Earning Potential: $156,250 to $187,500 per year Health: Medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance Retirement: 401(k) with employer matching Perks: Paid time off, vehicle reimbursement options, and company-provided devices (iPad) Your Role Provide skilled occupational therapy focused on ADLs, adaptive equipment, and functional independence Develop, implement, and manage individualized plans of care based on physician orders Report changes in patient condition and collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the Director of Nursing Maintain accurate, timely clinical records using AI-supported documentation tools Requirements Current, active California Occupational Therapist license (required) Minimum 1 year of home health experience strongly preferred Valid California driver's license Strong organizational skills, clinical judgment, and a compassionate communication style Ready to Connect?
