Ready to steer complex HVAC installs from the front?
Based in Thomaston, CT, you’ll be the point person ensuring every heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system is installed safely, efficiently, and exactly to spec. Imagine walking a site in the morning, mapping out a customer-focused plan, and by afternoon unblocking a scheduling snag while coaching a tech through a specialized install step—then closing the day with clean documentation and a satisfied client.
What you'll take charge of- Managing HVAC installation projects from initiation through final handoff.
- Partnering with clients, contractors, and your crew to keep timelines intact.
- Conducting thorough site assessments and shaping installation plans around customer needs.
- Upholding safety requirements and industry standards at every stage.
- Mentoring installers with on-the-job training, guidance, and support.
- Tracking budgets and schedules, making adjustments when conditions shift.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues that surface during the install process.
- Keeping detailed records of work performed and customer interactions.
- Proven experience leading HVAC installation work and managing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation practices.
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and direct a field team.
- Resourceful problem-solving and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Confident communication skills—both spoken and written.
- Valid HVAC certification plus relevant licenses.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-moving environment while juggling multiple projects.
