Job Description

Warehouse Associate | Contract-to-Hire

$17–$18/hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

A warehouse job today. A career in supply chain tomorrow.

If you have solid warehouse experience, take pride in showing up and doing the job right, and want to develop skills that can take you further, this opportunity deserves a look.

We're hiring for an established company that wants to train, develop, and retain good people —not continually replace them.

This is a contract-to-hire position with the opportunity to become a permanent employee in approximately 3–4 months , based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

The goal is long-term employment with a company where you can build valuable experience in inventory management, distribution, equipment operation, and the fundamentals of supply chain operations.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
• Pick, prepare, and verify outbound orders for accuracy.
• Operate sit-down forklifts, walkie riders, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory and follow established warehouse procedures.
• Learn new processes, equipment, and skills as you grow into the operation.

What We're Looking For

• Previous, verifiable warehouse experience.
• A consistent work history and dependable attendance.
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
• Attention to detail, safe work habits, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and remain active throughout the shift.
• Ability to meet background screening requirements.
• A current resume.

What Makes This Opportunity Worth Considering

• A path to permanent employment after approximately 3–4 months.
• Benefits available after conversion to permanent employee status.
• Hands-on training and opportunities to expand your warehouse and supply chain skills.
• Room to grow as you demonstrate reliability, ability, and initiative.
• Consistent weekday schedule with an established company.
• Prompt interview and hiring process.

We're Looking Beyond the First 90 Days.

Warehouse experience gets you in the door. Reliability, curiosity, and the willingness to develop new skills are what help you build a career.

If you're ready to move beyond simply finding your next warehouse job and start building a future in supply chain operations, we'd like to hear from you.

Apply with your current resume.
