Retail Operations CoordinatorSalary Range $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 Salary/year Position Type Full TimePosition SummaryThe Retail Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operational compliance of retail store locations. This role works closely with store teams to ensure operational standards are followed, inventory processes are completed accurately, and audit and maintenance requirements are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable communicating with multiple store locations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily operational compliance across assigned retail storesCommunicate with store team members regarding: Receiving and processing inventory shipmentsTrade-in processing proceduresInventory counts and reconciliationAssist stores in preparing for and passing comparable auditsTrack and follow up on audit findings and operational issuesSupport maintenance requests by coordinating with internal teams and vendorsProvide operational guidance and support to store teamsConduct store visits as needed for support, training, and issue resolutionEscalate recurring or unresolved operational issues to leadershipMaintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to store operationsQualifications1–3 years of experience in retail operations, store support, inventory, or compliance (preferred)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities across different store locationsComfortable working with inventory systems and basic reporting toolsWillingness to travel locally to store locations as neededProficiency with Microsoft OfficeHigh attention to detail and ability to follow established processesPreferred SkillsExperience supporting retail audits or inventory countsBackground in wireless, telecom, or multi-location retail (a plus)Basic training or coaching experienceWork EnvironmentCombination of office-based work and in-store visitsOccasional evenings or weekends may be required to support store operations
