Art Director, Package and Graphic Design

Kiss Products is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead brand, packaging, and digital design across product lines from our Port Washington, NY onsite location. The role pairs creative direction with real-world production standards, with support for both your craft and your day-to‑day wellbeing, including an onsite fitness center and flexible time off. What you’ll deliver Lead and oversee brand, packaging, and advertising design executions across typography, color, and layout standards , ensuring strict alignment with brand guidelines Own key visual assets across packaging, advertising, displays, and catalogs , while supporting selected digital assets to keep brand identity consistent Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines (templates, color palettes, typography, and imagery) to ensure cohesion across all touchpoints Collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing, product development, and sales to create integrated solutions and manage multiple complex projects Apply innovative approaches, including AI-driven design , as part of the creative process What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field 8 to 10 years of professional experience in brand, packaging, and digital design within the beauty, consumer goods, or related industries (Experience Range IV: 8 - 13 years ) Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign , plus Adobe Creative Cloud Expertise in typography, color theory, and visual storytelling In-depth knowledge of print production processes and vendor management Strong understanding of beauty industry trends , consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape Proven leadership through communication , organizational skills , and the ability to manage and mentor teams Tools and specialties Workday includes Figma and creative platforms such as AI Platforms and Generative AI , alongside design fundamentals spanning brand design , brand guidelines , graphic design , image editing , product packaging design , project management , printing knowledge , and website design . Compensation and onsite perks The anticipated compensation range is $69,000 - $137,000 USD annually .
