She Recruits is partnering with a respected behavioral health hospital in the Forest Park area of Chicago to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join its growing inpatient psychiatry team.

Position Highlights
Full-time, on-site position
Adult Inpatient Psychiatry
Average daily patient census of approximately 16 patients
Monday-Friday schedule
Shared call rotation
Strong interdisciplinary treatment team
Opportunity to focus on high-quality inpatient psychiatric care
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and new patient admissions
Provide daily follow-up care and medication management
Develop individualized treatment plans
Complete discharge planning and coordination of care
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
Collaborate with nursing, social work, therapy, and case management teams
Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to adult inpatient populations
Qualifications
Required
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
Strong clinical skills in adult inpatient psychiatry
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Commitment to providing patient-centered behavioral healthcare
