We're looking for a remote virtual assistant to be a reliable and friendly support partner for our team.

• Help with research and gathering information relevant to projects and client needs.
• Support event planning and coordination for workshops, presentations, and client engagements.
• Maintain organized digital files and ensure smooth workflow across remote team members.
• Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and team members as a friendly point of contact.
• Take initiative to identify ways to improve efficiency and support the team's goals.

• Strong communicator with clear and professional written and verbal skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, project management software, and more.
