Key Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Special Education Teacher license in hand (required)
• Previous experience working with special education populations highly preferred
• Comfortable delivering instruction in an in-person classroom setting
• Collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for working within diverse teams
• Openness to grade level placement based on district needs and your preference

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Provide differentiated instruction to maximize student learning
• Collaborate with general education staff, paraprofessionals, and families
• Perform regular progress monitoring and data collection
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom community
