Why join us? 401K Medical Dentla Vision PTO Job Details Responsibilities: Represent clients who have suffered personal injuries in legal proceedings. Conduct thorough case investigations to identify potential defendants. Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests. Conduct legal research to support legal proceedings and to stay updated on current laws and interpretations. Manage all phases of the litigation process, from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Active member of the State Bar in good standing. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Personal Injury Attorney. Proven track record in handling motor vehicle accidents and wrongful death cases. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. Strong case management skills, with the ability to handle a large case load and manage multiple deadlines. Experience conducting and defending depositions. Experience in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods. Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of successful settlements. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
