Monitor client progress and report any changes in behavior or health to the supervisor. Assist with personal care tasks, including hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and client progress. Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Background check and drug screening required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
