We are looking for a hands-on Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to run our BI Team. The right candidate will be creative and forward-thinking in designing and delivering user-friendly dashboards, reports, and analytics. These tools will empower our business units to drive the key metrics that serve our customers and enable our businesses to grow. The BI Manager will collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders such as finance, merchandising, distribution, and various business development teams across the organization to help provide ongoing and repeatable analytical support. The candidate will be responsible for building, updating, and refining automated dashboards and reporting to provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly views of business performance against key metrics.

Consults with users to gather, analyze, and prioritize their problems and requirements.

Analyze requests and develop system requirements from workflow charts or diagrams to support business processes.

Tests computer software, track bugs, and coordinates end-user testing.

Compiles documentation of program development and subsequent revisions.

Bachelor's Degree (Major in Information Systems or a related discipline preferred) - equivalent years of work experience will also be considered in lieu of a four-year degree.

5+ years of hands-on BI work.

BI experience in a retail setting.

Background in data warehouse design (i.e. dimensional modeling, star schema, and data mining).

In-depth understanding of database management systems and ETL framework.

Familiarity with BI technologies (i.e. Qlikview/QlikSense, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

Experience building or leading teams.

Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
