Benefits Account Associate (18‑Month Career Program)

USI Insurance Services is offering an 18‑month career development program for recent graduates interested in client service and employee benefits. You’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting account teams, handling client needs, and learning how employee benefit programs are managed day‑to‑day. You’ll work with HR, Benefits Managers, leaders, and employees; participate in mentorship and networking initiatives; and contribute to USI Gives Back while building a foundation for a career in employee #J-18808-Ljbffr USI Insurance Services
