Senior Market Data AnalystOur client is seeking a Senior Market Data Analyst with 8-10 years of experience to manage market data financial operations and administration, focusing on invoice reconciliation, billing validation, platform management, and financial reporting in a dynamic financial operations environment.Responsibilities & QualificationsManage market data financial operations including invoice reconciliation, billing validation, accruals, forecasting, budgeting, and General Ledger allocationMaintain and administer the Market Data Management (MDM) platform, ensuring inventory accuracy, entitlement administration, and service ownershipPartner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve billing discrepancies, validate contracts, and support audit activitiesProduce recurring and ad hoc management reporting, spend analysis, variance reporting, and operational metricsExecute reconciliations, variance analysis, and invoice processing to maintain financial accuracy and transparencySupport onboarding/offboarding activities and regulatory reporting requirementsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives for market data governance and financial controlsRequirements8-10 years of experience in market data administration, financial operations, or related rolesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex financial modelingStrong knowledge of Market Data Management platforms, FITS, and ERP systemsPeopleSoft experience preferredDemonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysisExcellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvementsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills to work effectively across internal teams and external vendorsUS Citizenship or Green Card required RIT Solutions
