Front Desk Associate
Precision Healthcare Specialists
As a Front Desk, you will be responsible for the customer experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and collecting copays and patient payments.
- Documenting patient information using our EMR system.
- Communicating with patients via phone, email, and in-person regarding their visit with our doctor and any issues that need to be addressed first before making any decisions about their condition or treatment options.
- Reviewing patient histories, charts, and discussing concerns with patients and directing inquiries to the appropriate channel. Collecting copays and other payments from patients during their visit with our doctor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong phone skills and customer service experience.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized with a high degree of accuracy.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA laws required.
- Medical office: 1 year (Required)
