Experience: 2+ years of clinical nursing experience; prior teaching or precepting experience preferred
License: Active State or Compact RN License
Certifications: BLS AHA; ACLS or other specialty certifications preferred depending on focus
Must-Have: Strong presentation skills, clinical knowledge, and ability to design and implement nursing education programs
Description
The Education RN is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering clinical education and training to nursing staff. This includes onboarding new hires, implementing evidence-based practices, leading skills labs, and supporting professional development initiatives within the healthcare organization.
