The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. All of your good work will help elevate and maintain Target as one of the world’s most recognized and best-loved retail brands.As a Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, you will lead the monthly and annual financial planning processes for Target’s Middle Mile Transportation and Headquarters Managed Field (HQMF) businesses, including Long-Range Planning, Goal, Forecast, and Actuals. You will also provide strategic financial insights and decision support to Transportation leadership by:Evaluating the financial and operational impacts of Middle Mile and HQMF strategies, identifying opportunities to optimize cost, service, and network performance.Developing financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support complex, capital-intensive Transportation investments and strategic initiatives.Partnering cross-functionally across other enterprise teams to evaluate financial trade-offs and influence strategic business decisions.Translating operational and financial performance into actionable insights, connecting near-term results with longer-term risks, opportunities, and business priorities.This role will partner with a broad set of stakeholders across Target and requires strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and the ability to navigate a dynamic and highly cross-functional business. A successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to synthesize complex information, develop compelling financial recommendations, influence decisions through strong partnerships, and balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution of core FP&A responsibilities.About you:3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business analytics, or planningStrong analytical experience with a foundational understanding of financial statements (income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet)Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and reportingCuriosity and desire to leverage datasets to identify insights and tell compelling business narrativesAbility to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations and presentation materialsStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsStrong organizational, planning, and project management skills with attention to detailThis position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs.
