Inside Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and hard-working B2B Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our Inside Sales Department. Successful applicants will possess excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills. In this role you will act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to end. The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and other team members while implementing a variety of processes to support our sales and marketing efforts. Specific activities include development of sales quotations, lead time negotiation, processing and follow-up of sales orders throughout the fulfillment process, provision of technical support for a wide variety of products, and functioning as a liaison between all stake holders including customers, outside sales personnel, engineering and production departments. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate. POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 1-3 years of experience in customer service or marketing High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Prior experience with Visual Enterprise ERP is a plus Fluency in a foreign language is beneficial
