Tech Station LLC – Office Cleaning & Organization Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to clean, organize, and maintain our approximately 500 sq. ft. electronics repair workspace inside Launchbox. This is not typical janitorial cleaning—no bathrooms or windows. The main focus is organization, decluttering, and detailed cleaning. Tasks may include:

• Organizing electronic parts, tools, supplies, boxes, shelving, and workbenches
• Sorting clutter and making better use of the available space
• Dusting, wiping surfaces, vacuuming/sweeping, and general cleanup
• Handling other reasonable cleaning or organizational needs that we may notice along the way
• Taking initiative and suggesting improvements when you see something that could be organized better

Important: This is an active electronics repair shop with customer devices, delicate components, and high-value equipment. Extreme care is required. Nothing should be thrown away, moved, disconnected, or handled if you're unsure—always ask first. We're looking for someone who is consistent, reliable, communicative, careful, and naturally great at organizing. Ideally, we'd like to find someone for ongoing visits.
