Housekeeper for Apartment Community

Apartment community looking for someone to perform the following duties:
- Full time 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Effectively clean and maintain all elevators, floor landings, stairwells and corridors
- Empty all trash receptacles
- Keep all entry locations and foyers free of soil, trash and litter
- Polish, spot clean and vacuum all carpeted areas and lighting fixtures
- Keep first floor exterior windows, all interior windows and glass doors clean
- Clean office, community room and fitness area daily
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning experience
- Prior excellent customer service experience
- Possess excellent communications skills
- Clean valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Drug free and clean criminal background
