Heal It Medical is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dedicated Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company that values great service and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills – both in person and over the phone
Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone (this is a must!)
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Detail-oriented and organized
Willingness to learn – we provide all the training you’ll need!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Answering phone calls and assisting patients with a friendly and helpful tone
Coordinating front desk activities and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Communicating with staff and patients to support scheduling and documentation
Assisting with basic administrative tasks
No previous DME experience required – we’ll train you! If you’re dependable, personable, and ready to grow with a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
