This position provides advanced life support, rapid assessment, and clinical intervention to individuals with diverse and often complex medical needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Provide basic and advanced life support, patient assessment, stabilization, and treatment in accordance with established clinical protocols. * Coordinate emergency care with nursing and medical staff to ensure safe, timely, and effective patient outcomes. * Apply strong triage and prioritization skills to manage multiple clinical needs efficiently. * Maintain strict control and security of medications during administration while upholding all safety standards. * Immediately report adverse patient events, reactions, or safety concerns to supervisory staff. * Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to all FirstClass Healthcare (FCH) policies, facility procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations. * Perform additional duties as assigned to support FCH's mission, values, and operational goals.
