This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that's constantly evolving.Main responsibilities:Lead critical initiatives, in partnership with cross-functional leaders across the company on key strategy topics – to include project planning, execution of structured problem solving and analytics, business case development, cost benefit evaluation, evaluation of financial return and implementation planningProvide strategic thought partnership to Leadership / business partners, and work on and / or lead multiple engagements that identify and harness growth / cost opportunitiesMonitor and analyze internal / external landscape, including customer, market, vendor, category and financial data, to build strategies and recommend appropriate actionSynthesize findings, and develop storyline / material to communicate recommendations to senior management and leadership teamEnsure the team is developing the appropriate strategy toolkit (e.g., framing, project mgmt., analytics, written and verbal communication) and soft skills (e.g., influencing) requiredCultivate and lead a strong and positive team cultureCollaborate cross-functionally and effectively influence to drive business decisions and advance long-term transformation effortsManage and mentor junior team members to support work planning, hypotheses generation, issue identification, and analytical framework developmentWe are looking for candidates who possess the following:Bachelors in analytical discipline (e.g. Business, Engineering, Economics, or Science), MBA preferred8 plus years of total work experience, 4+ years post MBA in strategy or other relevant roles … Top tier consulting firm and corporate experience (CPG, Retail or EComm/B2C) preferredDemonstrated success working closely with senior executive leadership, and communication skills that can educate / influence across the organizationStrategic / analytical mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks … courageous, decisive and motivated thought leaderExperience managing, mentoring and developing peopleAbility to deal well with ambiguity, complexity, change and paceAuthentic, integrity, humility, curiosity and love of grocery retailWe also provide a variety of benefits including:Competitive wages paid weeklyAccess to up to 50% of your earned wages before payday, via our partnership with StreamAssociate discountsHealth and financial well-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more!)Time off (vacation, holidays, sick pay).
