Senior Configuration Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support Veterans Affairs applications, the full-time Senior Configuration Analyst will manage software configuration management tools, oversee cloud migration efforts, and ensure compliance with software quality standards in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain software configuration management tools to support configuration identification and control Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to document software product parameters and ensure compliance Train software developers on configuration management tools and implement software quality standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with 10+ years of relevant experience Proven experience in software configuration management and release engineering within large, regulated enterprises Deep expertise in CI/CD tools and source control systems, such as Git and Azure DevOps Experience with scripting for automation using languages like Bash, PowerShell, or Python U.S. Citizenship required for this opportunity, along with the ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
