In dieser Rolle suchen wir eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit einem Gespür für relevante Themen, überzeugendes Storytelling und die Dynamik der deutschen Medienlandschaft. Unsere Corporate Expert:innen schaffen, managen und schützen die vertrauensvollen Beziehungen unserer Kund:innen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern durch strategische Beratung in den Bereichen Corporate Reputation, C-Level Advisory, Workplace Advisory, Nachhaltigkeitskommunikation, B2B- Marketing sowie Issues- und Krisenkommunikation. Als Teil unseres Corporate- Reputation- Teams arbeitest Du an spannenden Kommunikationsprojekten für nationale und internationale Kund:innen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen, von Technologie bis zu Landwirtschaft und Ernährung. Du entwickelst Medienstrategien, platzierst relevante Themen in den Medien, baust Beziehungen zu Journalist:innen aus und gestaltest Kommunikation über klassische und digitale Kanäle hinweg. Was auf Dich zukommt: Du unterstützt bei der strategischen Corporate Medienarbeit für nationale und internationale Kunden und steuerst eigene Projekte. Du baust die Medienexpertise von Edelman in Deutschland aktiv weiter aus. Du entwickelst Medienstrategien und berätst nationale und internationale Kunden bei ihrer Positionierung sowie zu verschiedenen Formaten. Du entwickelst Themen, Geschichten und Inhalte – von Earned Storytelling bis zur Paid-Kampagne. Du positionierst C-Level-Executives in Leitmedien, koordinierst und begleitest Interviews und erstellst Content für LinkedIn. Du pflegst Deine exzellenten bestehenden Medienkontakte und baust Dein Netzwerk kontinuierlich weiter aus. Du koordinierst die Aktivierung von Inhalten über mehrere Kanäle, steuerst Kampagnen sowie Medienanalysen. Du bist in der Lage für unsere Kunden exzellente Texte aus dem ganzen journalistischen Spektrum zu erstellen – vom Meinungsbeitrag bis zur Studienvermarktung. Was Du mitbringst: Du hast idealerweise einen Universitätsabschluss, vorzugsweise in Journalismus, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich. Du verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Journalismus und in der Medienarbeit Du hast umfangreiche und sehr gute Kenntnisse der Medienlandschaft in Deutschland, insbesondere in Leit- und Meinungsmedien sowie im Tech-Bereich. Du hast ein umfassendes Netzwerk an Medien- und Stakeholderkontakten. Du bringst ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Begeisterung für Networking und Medienthemen mit. Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Marken, Menschen und Geschichten. Es fällt Dir nicht schwer, kurze und lange journalistische Textformate zu erstellen, auch unter Zeitdruck. Du interessiert Dich für die Entwicklung der Digital- und Medienwelt und hast Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Künstlicher Intelligenz bei der Erstellen von Inhalten und in der Medienarbeit. Du kannst Projekte eigenständig steuern und vorantreiben. Analytisches und strukturiertes Denken sind für Dich kein Problem. Dein Deutsch und Englisch ist sehr gut in Wort und Schrift. Du arbeitest gerne in einem internationalen Netzwerk mit Kolleg:innen aus aller Welt und setzt gemeinsam globale Projekte um.
