Digital Asset Management (DAM) Lead Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities Platform & Asset Lifecycle Management: Own core DAM capabilities, including asset ingestion, taxonomy/metadata strategy, rights management, dynamic delivery, and end-to-end lifecycle governance.
Brand Onboarding & Change Management: Lead brand migration tracks, establish standardized onboarding playbooks, deliver training, and track adoption metrics to ensure high user engagement across brand teams.
Workflow & Process Optimization: Map, design, and streamline business processes supporting creative asset workflows, content operations, and upstream/downstream platform integrations (e.g., PIM, CMS, Creative Cloud).
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central liaison between business stakeholders, creative operations, external software vendors, and SI delivery teams to translate business requirements into actionable backlog items and delivery roadmaps.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Enterprise DAM Expertise: Hands-on experience configuring, implementing, or managing platforms such as Aprimo, Orange Logic, or AEM Assets.
Asset Lifecycle & Content Management: Deep understanding of metadata taxonomy, digital rights management (DRM), file formats, search optimization, and creative asset workflows.
Tactical Product & Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven track record as a hands-on Product Manager or Consultant driving execution across diverse business, technical, and creative teams.

Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to align executive leadership, vendor partners, and agency teams.
System Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with integrating DAM systems into broader martech ecosystems (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Workfront, Salesforce, PIM, CMS).
