Job Location: Edmond, OK 73003 Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and genuinely. Treat each guest as if in your own home. Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the system promptly. Process cash, gift card, and credit transactions. Memorize our food and beverage menus and make recommendations to guests. Explain and describe menu items and their preparation methods to guests. Promptly deliver beverages and food items to guests. Provide attentive service by refilling drinks as needed and checking in during meals. Address guest service issues promptly and refer to leadership when necessary. Maintain high quality assurance and guest service standards. Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area, backup supplies, and comply with health regulations. Maintain regular cleaning and sanitation standards. Work efficiently and act as a self‑starter. Retain composure, demonstrate urgency and timing, and follow instructions. Work calmly and effectively under pressure. Be willing to work unpredictable hours to fill in for absent staff. Be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Have physical stamina for full shifts while standing. Qualifications Need to possess exceptional guest service skills and a solid understanding of food handling regulations. Food servers greet guests and answer questions regarding the menu and specials, and they enjoy creating excellent dining experiences in a bustling, fast‑paced restaurant setting.
