Steel Strong Community Federal Credit Union Job Opportunity The Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Member Service Representative We are looking for a motivated individual who is professional, friendly and courteous. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our credit union. Full Job Description Location of Position West Mifflin and Elizabeth, PA Hours Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 4:30 pm Duties Maintain and balance a cash drawer. Assist members at the counter and over the phone. Process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdraws, transfers and loan payments. Sell money orders, gift cards, travel money cards and stamps. Open and close member accounts. Cross-sell all credit union services and products. Process clerical tasks and other duties as assigned. Other Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Cash handling experience preferred, but not required. Marketing experience helpful. Requirements Excellent communication skills and ability to work with the public. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team, as well as independently.
