We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for the role of Vice President of Division Clinical Operations. This influential position requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing large hospital facilities with multiple campuses. The ideal candidate will drive critical supply chain and clinical operations initiatives, focusing on enhancing surgical and procedural services such as Cath Lab, Endoscopy, and Interventional Radiology.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the Clinical Resource Management Program and overseeing Operating Room Internal Control Coordinators to optimize supply expense management.
• Collaborating with the Supply Chain Director and Clinical Resource Management Team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in preference card processes and inventory management.
• Developing and implementing product standardizations and national product formularies, optimizing the group purchasing organization's contract portfolio.
• Working closely with Hospital Executive Leadership at various levels to execute strategic plans for Supply Chain and Clinical Operations.
• Promoting a service-oriented department culture focused on customer satisfaction and positive change leadership.
• Driving initiatives supporting organizational goals in clinical, operational, quality, and financial realms, enhancing the provider's choice for physicians.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of hospital management experience is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build alliances with executives, physicians, and clinicians.
• Experience in data analysis and financial management within clinical and supply chain operations.
