Shady Oaks Country Club is looking for a Pool Server to join our team. Responsibilities: Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions; Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards; Other duties as assigned; Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage; Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods; Follow all policies and procedures; Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance; Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform; To perform other duties as directed by your supervisor or Club manager; Seek out the supervisor letting them know that you are present; Assist in providing the pool amenities to guests; Serve food & beverage orders in a friendly, professional, and timely manner; Clear tables during service. Control guest checks and secure proper payment; Provide exceptional service; Full knowledge of F&B menus and offerings.
