Future Part-Time Personal Assistant Opportunities

At Pepper’s Personal Assistants, our PAs help busy families and households run more smoothly. That work is made possible by thoughtful, capable people who enjoy anticipating needs, solving problems, and making everyday life easier for others.

This is an evergreen posting for future Personal Assistant openings. We may not have a position matching your location and availability today, but we welcome applications from candidates interested in being considered as client needs arise.

Schedule and availability

Most Pepper’s Personal Assistant positions are part-time, and schedules vary according to each client’s needs. Typical opportunities may provide approximately 15-20 hours per week, although hours are not guaranteed unless specified in an individual offer.

Positions generally require consistent weekday availability during the hours listed for a particular client. If a potential opening matches your location, experience, and availability, our recruiting team may contact you to discuss the specific schedule and responsibilities.

What the work may include

Responsibilities vary by household and may include:

• Errands and shopping
• Home organization
• Calendar and appointment support
• Vendor research and coordination
• Light meal preparation
• Laundry and household upkeep
• Travel research and planning
• Pet care
• Other administrative and household-support tasks

This is a hands-on, client-facing position performed primarily in clients’ homes and throughout the greater Seattle area.

Compensation and benefits

• Hourly wage: $28-$31 per hour, depending on relevant experience, qualifications, and the requirements of the client assignment
• W-2 employment directly through Pepper’s Personal Assistants—not placement or independent-contractor work

Requirements: Location and position requirements

Applicants must:

• Reside within reasonable commuting distance of the applicable client location
• Be comfortable traveling throughout the greater Seattle area as required
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable access to an insured vehicle for client errands
• Be able to perform the essential functions of the position, including lifting and carrying items weighing up to 35 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Successfully complete Pepper’s required pre-employment screening process
