Leadership is seeking to bring on the company's first dedicated Controller to help build structure, improve financial visibility, and support long-term strategic decision-making.


Position Overview
The Controller will oversee the day-to-day accounting and financial operations for three entities while helping establish stronger financial processes and reporting capabilities across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who has previously operated as a true Controller and enjoys balancing hands-on accounting responsibilities with strategic financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities (Controller):
• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and month-end close
• Manage accounting activities across three related entities
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and operational reporting
• Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow planning efforts
• Develop and improve internal controls, accounting processes, and reporting structure


Qualifications (Controller):
• Previous experience operating as a Controller or senior accounting leader preferred
• Strong understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis preferred
• Multi-entity accounting experience preferred
