At CRI, #EverybodyCounts.The Senior Healthcare Associate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on healthcare-related issues specific to Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their unique requirements. The Senior Healthcare Associate will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest healthcare trends and regulations, and for providing training and support to other members of the team as needed.Essential Functions:Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on healthcare reimbursement related issuesMedicare and Medicaid cost report preparationDevelop customized solutions that meet clients' unique requirementsStay up-to-date on the latest healthcare reimbursement trends and regulationsProvide training and support to other members of the teamBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsCollaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for clientsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting or other business degree related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting or a related fieldCost Report preparation experienceStrong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement regulations and trendsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
