Overview
Registered Nurse (LTC) in Petoskey, Michigan. This travel temporary assignment begins 06/29/2026 and runs for 13 weeks, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. Earn a weekly pay of approximately $1,832 to $1,949. Work the days shift (12-hour) with a 6:30am–7:00pm schedule, three shifts per week, and every other weekend. You’ll operate in an inpatient care setting under direct supervision within a hospital-type environment and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support long-term care residents. This assignment is managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for long-term care residents under the supervision of the department manager/director, charge nurse, or staff nurse/team leader
- Support treatment and care per established methods and facility procedures; assist with procedures and patient positioning
- Administer medications, monitor responses, and document accurately in the resident’s chart
- Monitor patient status, identify changes, and communicate observations to the care team for timely interventions
- Uphold patient- and family-centered care principles, including education and compassionate communication
- Maintain safety, infection control, and standard precautions; ensure proper documentation and handoffs to the oncoming staff

Requirements
- Active RN license in Michigan
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification
- Minimum 2 years of long-term care (LTC) RN experience
- Ability to work the listed schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts (6:30am–7:00pm), 3 shifts per week, every other weekend
- Submission notes: MI LTC fingerprinting on file is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work under supervision and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Compliance with the client’s attendance policy and documentation requirements
