Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). 5 years of experience in people management with technical leadership. Experience developing or launching products or technologies within Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning (AI/ML). Preferred qualifications: Experience building and launching enterprise products powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Generative AI/LLMs. Expertise in workplace productivity tools, or unified communication platforms. Ability to navigate deep technical ambiguity, successfully taking 0-to-1 innovation initiatives to market while optimizing 1-to-N core platforms. Exceptional executive presence, with the ability to build alignment across massive, matrixed organizations (such as Google Workspace). Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and defining success metrics for complex, multi-faceted ecosystems. About the job At Google, we put our users first.
