Program Manager, Talent Management

Summary: This position is responsible for managing the design, execution, and continuous improvement of ADT's enterprise talent management programs, including the annual performance cycle, talent and succession planning, and employee listening initiatives. The Program Manager, Talent Management serves as a key driver of operational excellence and employee experience across the Talent Management & Employee Experience function, partnering with HRBPs, business leaders, and HR Technology to deliver scalable, human-centered programs that enable ADT's people strategy. Duties and Responsibilities: Performance & Talent Program Management Oversee end-to-end administration and execution of ADT's annual performance cycle, including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end processes. Manage the talent review and succession planning cycle, coordinating logistics, materials, and system readiness across all phases. Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day questions and support related to performance and talent programs across the HR community. Gather feedback and lessons learned from each program cycle; apply insights to continuously improve the design, delivery, and adoption of talent processes. Proactively identify gaps in existing program workflows and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and organizational impact. Employee Listening & Engagement Support end-to-end management of ADT's Employee Engagement survey program, including survey preparation, configuration, administration, and results rollup. Develop and distribute enablement materials, manager guides, and communications that support data-driven action planning across the organization. Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to translate engagement data into actionable insights that strengthen culture and employee experience. HR Technology & Systems Administration Serve as a functional administrator for talent and performance modules within Oracle Cloud HCM, including goal, talent, and succession planning modules. Collaborate with HR Technology to ensure system integrity, effective integrations, and a seamless user experience across talent platforms. Monitor and assess the impact of technology and process changes on users and the broader organization; Escalate and resolve issues proactively. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Communicate project and program status updates to appropriate stakeholders clearly and consistently. Build strong working relationships with HRBPs, business leaders, and HR COE partners to align talent program execution with organizational priorities. Proactively engage employees and managers in change initiatives that support the broader talent agenda, driving awareness and participation across business units. Develop communication and activation plans that drive awareness, participation, and engagement throughout various business units. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Research and apply external best practices in talent management, performance, and employee listening to continuously evolve ADT's programs. Contribute new ideas and approaches that reflect current trends and innovations in the talent management space. Additional duties as assigned. Skills and Competencies: Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with significant scope and organizational impact. Deep knowledge of talent management principles and practices, including performance management, talent review, succession planning, and employee engagement. Experience with HR technology platforms; Oracle Cloud HCM experience strongly preferred. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into meaningful program improvements. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop clear, audience-appropriate materials for a variety of stakeholders. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results independently. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with HRBPs, business leaders, and HR COE partners. Demonstrates accountability, follow-through, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management. Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and deploying talent management programs and processes, including cyclical performance tasks, talent reviews, and succession planning. Experience successfully managing projects with significant scope and organizational impact. Experience creating communication and activation plans that drive awareness, participation, and engagement across diverse business units. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM talent and performance modules. Familiarity with employee engagement survey platforms and related analytics. SHRM-CP, PHR, or other related HR professional certification. Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Required Licensing or Certifications: None required. Communication Skills: Frequent written and verbal communication, including virtual meetings, presentations, and stakeholder updates (Continually = 67–100% of the workday) Environment Requirements: Remote/Home office, Hybrid, or In-Office (Boca Raton, FL or Irving, TX) Travel: Minimal, less than 10% In the event a position is commission-based, compensation is solely based on the individual’s sales volume.
