Location: Sunny Isles Beach, Florida (On-Site)

Working Hours: 9:30AM–5:30PM
Start Date: Immediate / Based on availability
Compensation: $15/hour base plus 15% commission on funded deals.
Commission increases to 30% once set performance goals are achieved.

Position Overview

Neto Capital is a business financing company in Sunny Isles Beach. We're looking for a Sales Representative to run the full sales process: calling leads, understanding each business's financing needs, presenting our solutions, collecting documents, and closing deals. You'll work with Underwriting and Operations to move deals through, manage your pipeline in our CRM, and be measured on activity and closed deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Call leads, run sales conversations, and guide clients from first contact through closing.
• Collect required documents and coordinate with Underwriting and Operations to keep deals moving.
• Keep the CRM current: leads, statuses, follow-ups, notes, and opportunities.
• Hit call, follow-up, and deal-closing targets, and pursue renewals and referrals from existing clients.

Requirements

• 1+ year in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, or a similar role with a track record of hitting goals.
• Strong phone presence, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and solid Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Self-disciplined, organized, and able to manage a pipeline independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Nice to Have

• Sales experience in lending, business financing, banking, insurance, real estate, or B2B services.
• Basic understanding of cash flow, revenue, repayment, and risk.
• Experience with inside or outbound phone sales, brokers, or referral partners; familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; Spanish is a strong advantage.
