Commercial HVAC/R Technician

Hourly pay: $28 to $42 based on experience Weekly pay Full-time Monday through Friday schedule Overtime opportunities available On-call rotation every 3 weeks with $200 bonus for emergency calls billed after 4 PM Company vehicle and gas card provided Company-provided cell phone Medical, dental, and vision insurance including company-paid dental and vision Life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement savings program Paid time off and paid holidays $200 annual boot voucher Uniforms and safety gear provided Personal tool replacement program Company-paid Journeyman and EPA exam costs Why You’ll Love It Here Established company with a strong reputation across Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati Real investment in your growth through training and certification support Work with a team that values skill, accountability, and problem-solving Leadership that understands the field and supports technicians in real conditions Exposure to a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Your New Role Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems including rooftop units, air handlers, walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines in Burlington, KY and throughout the Northern Kentucky Metropolitan Area and Cincinnati Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system performance and efficiency Respond to emergency service calls including evenings and weekends as needed Participate in an on-call rotation every 3 weeks Identify faulty components and recommend repair or replacement solutions Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Maintain accurate service records and documentation Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience. Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience Strong experience with walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines Journeyman license preferred but not required EPA certification preferred or expected Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot systems independently Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record Ability to pass a background check Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and handle emergency service calls Morris Heating and Cooling is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
