People Business Partner

Location: On-site with regular regional travel (10%), Portland Metro Area Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 About the Opportunity Join a growing, mission-focused organization as a People Business Partner supporting multiple locations across a regional footprint. This role serves as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, helping drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and workforce planning. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, investigations, accommodations, and leave administration Provide coaching and guidance on HR policies, employment law, and people-related challenges Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate actions Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational initiatives Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations Collaborate with operational leaders and on-site administrative teams Travel regularly to support assigned locations Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive HR experience with significant HR Business Partner responsibilities Strong background in employee relations, investigations, performance management, accommodations, and leave administration Experience advising and influencing leaders in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance Experience supporting large, frontline employee populations Ability and willingness to travel regularly Preferred Qualifications PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification Experience in healthcare, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, senior living, or other high-volume workforce environments Bachelor's degree preferred Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed operations 401(k) with employer match Generous Paid Time Off Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life and Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Equal Opportunity Employer We consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
