Who we are looking for? We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Electrical Engineer with a minimum of five years of professional experience. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (a Master’s preferred) and has a background in power distribution systems, avionics interfaces, drone avionics, control electronics, and wire harnesses. Candidates should be enthusiastic about aerospace engineering and excel in collaborative, multidisciplinary settings. What you get to do! Compose, develop, test, and support electrical and electronic systems used in UAVs and other aerospace platforms. You will: Build and analyze electrical systems for aerospace applications. Build schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and system architectures. Build and verify power distribution systems and avionics interfaces. Perform circuit analysis, simulation, and testing. Collaborate with mechanical, software, and systems engineers. Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting. Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with aerospace standards. Participate in build reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What you will bring to the Team Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in power distribution systems, avionics interfaces, drone avionics, control electronics, and wire harnesses. Extensive technical skills, careful attention to detail, and direct building experience. Competence in using oscilloscope and soldering is necessary. Experience in Altium and SolidWorks preferred. RF experience preferred. IPC‑620 certification preferred; knowledge is a plus. Team building and collaboration; work across all fields to solve complex engineering problems. Comfortable working on Military/DoD projects. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $116,000 to $175,000 depending on experience.
