Other qualifications include:High school diploma or some collegeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAptitude for learning new software2+ years of experience in a client-facing support or account manager roleExperience supporting external clients and working with vendorsAbility to pass a background check and drug test (including THC)What You'll Do: As the Client Relations Specialist, you'll support the compliance team by providing essential administrative and back-of-house support. You'll communicate with drivers, client representatives, and third-party partners, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Foster and sustain client relationships through consistent communication and outstanding customer service.Stay informed about regulatory concepts and communicate this information to clients.Proactively identify client needs and offer solutions.Communicate with clients, employees, partners, and vendors via phone, email, and fax.Participate in ongoing learning and training.Gradient is an equal opportunity employer.
