About the Job: Our client, a Chicago boutique law firm, has an active need for a litigator to join its busy practice as an associate (financial services litigation experience is required for senior-level candidates and is a plus for junior-level candidates). This firm has a national reach and represents banks, non-banks, creditors, financial technology companies, servicers, payment processors, the debt industry, and other entities in individual disputes, class action litigation and mass arbitrations. The person in this role will work on consumer financial services litigation, fraud and payment disputes, arbitration enforcement, regulatory issues, and complex procedural matters.
