Salesforce Technical Architect

Job Summary

Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role provides overall technical direction for Salesforce programs, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business and enterprise architecture objectives. The Technical Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects, development teams, and client leadership to define solution strategies and drive successful delivery across Salesforce and integrated enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• P rovide technical leadership for Salesforce implementations across multiple domains.
• Define end-to-end architecture including application, integration, security, and data models.
• Design scalable solutions leveraging Lightning Experience, LWC, Apex, OmniStudio, Flows, and Industry Cloud.
• Establish governance including architecture reviews, coding standards, and deployment strategies.
• Lead greenfield implementations and enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation initiatives.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs, MuleSoft, ETL, and cloud services.
• Guide data management including master data, migration, and reporting requirements.
• Optimize performance by addressing governor limits, security, and scalability.
• Provide technical oversight to developers, leads, and administrators.
• Engage stakeholders through workshops, solution demonstrations, and technical discussions.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 6+ years in Salesforce architecture, design, and development.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and enterprise digital transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience establishing new Salesforce organizations and defining enterprise-wide architecture standards.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, and Lightning Platform.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and leading distributed teams.
• Healthcare Payer domain experience highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with data warehouses, ETL platforms, and cloud-native services.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory).
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (mandatory).
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (mandatory).

Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
